The Role of the Law
- To reveal God's standard of love (Matt. 22:36-40)
- To reveal our sinfulness (Rom. 7:7,8)
- To lead us to Christ (Gal. 3:24-26)
- It is not able to save us (Rom. 3:19-24)

The Glorious Gospel
- Only the gospel can cover all our sins (Rom. 3:21-15)
- Only the gospel can lead us to a relationship with Christ (Rom. 8:1-4$
- Only the gospel can lead us to a life of love

LifeGroup Questions:
1. How many of the 10 commandments can you name? (see Exodus 20)
2. Name two purposes of the Law. (see Romans 7:7,8; Galations 3:23-25)
3. What can the Law NOT do? (Romans 3:19-24; Romans 8:1-4)
4. Read ¹Corintheans 15:1-4; Romans 3:28. Then have each person in your group complete this sentence: "The message of the gospel is..."
5. Now pray for the opportunity to share that message with someone this week!
